This is the end. There's something funny about the word "final". After an entire year with this class and these works, an ending seems impossible. Mrs.Self's AP Language class has taught me so much more than just English. I can't believe it's over.
This is the end of a long journey. My journey- from a girl intimidated by the word "essay", to a girl who can conquer an AP exam. The road was long and hard, with lots of failed attempts at timed writing and even more revised drafts.
I have so much more to learn, so "final" is an invalid idea. These are not my final thoughts, these are the "rough draft" thoughts. These thoughts will be revised again and again, until I am sure they are perfect. Then I will revisit these "perfect" thoughts and realize that perfection isn't attainable. So I will go back and revise my thoughts.. again. It's the never-ending process of a writer.
